Start with the change itself

Describe the proposed change precisely. Compare the new arrangement with the conditions represented by your current evidence and operating documents.

Follow the connections

Product, process, packaging, storage, equipment, and intended use can depend on one another. Identify the reviewers and information needed before implementation.

This example illustrates a review method; it does not establish the acceptability of a specific process change.

Check your reasoning
A product is moving to a different package size. Which is the strongest starting point?
Use this as a team discussion

Ask each person to explain the reason for the answer. Then discuss a similar question in your operation and which information or records would help you work through it.

This informal learning activity does not issue a certificate. Arrange project-specific technical questions separately.
